Refund Policy

Because most of our orders are made to order, please review your requirements carefully before confirming.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved sample, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund the affected items.

Made-to-Order and Private Label

Custom-made and private-label orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except where the goods do not match the approved sample.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. If materials or tooling have already been committed, those costs may be deducted.
