OEM Manufacturing

You already have the product and the brand. We manufacture it, to your specification, under your name.

OEM is the route for a company that knows exactly what it wants to sell: an existing model, a product you already sell elsewhere, or a specification you have had designed. Our job is to build it the same way every time.

What OEM means here

Yours The brand, the packaging design, the market position, the customer relationship
Ours Production, assembly, testing, labelling to your artwork, packing and shipping
Not on the product Our name. Nothing of ours is printed or moulded into an OEM unit

What we need from you to quote

  • The model, or a sample of the product you want matched
  • Your logo files and packaging artwork, or a description of what you want on the box
  • The destination market, because the plug, the label language and the documentation follow from it
  • Any certificate your buyer requires, named explicitly
  • Quantity for the first run and an indication of repeat volume

If some of that does not exist yet, send what you have. A model number and a market is enough to start a conversation.

Minimum quantities for OEM

Your logo printed on the pump 100 sets, with your own packaging design
Belt compatible with the Slim Belly pump 300 pcs
Belt in a design unique to your brand 800 pcs, tooling EUR 2,000 per pattern

The jump between 100 and 800 sets is not arbitrary: printing a logo is a printing step, while a belt that exists only for you needs a mould, and the mould has to be paid for by the run.

How the OEM process runs

  1. Specification. We confirm the model, the branding points, the packaging and the market requirements in writing before anything is produced.
  2. Sample or pre-production unit with your branding applied, so you approve what will actually ship.
  3. Production against the approved specification.
  4. Inspection and shipping on the agreed terms.

Exclusivity

We have worked with clients in the EU and North America under exclusive agreements for over 20 years. If your business depends on the product not appearing under someone else's brand in your market, say so at the start and we will discuss it as part of the commercial terms rather than as an afterthought.

If you do not have a design yet

Then OEM is the wrong door. ODM development starts from an idea, a sketch or a competitor sample and takes it through design and prototyping. If you would rather not develop anything at all, the range can be ordered as it is — see wholesale.

Questions we are asked about OEM

Can you print our logo on the control unit and the packaging?

Yes — that is the 100-set tier. You supply the artwork; we apply it to the unit and to packaging of your design.

Will our brand appear anywhere else?

No. OEM units carry your branding only. We do not put our name on them and we do not sell your specification to another client in your market.

Can you match a product we already sell?

Usually, yes. Send a sample: the housing, the chamber layout and the pump are the parts that decide whether it can be matched.

Send your specification — model, branding points, market and quantity, and we will reply with what we can do and what we need from you.
